~ Welcoming All Our Users on Jolicloud 1.0 – Jolicloud Blog

Here we are! As of today, everyone has been migrated to Jolicoud 1.0! Users that are downloading the current Jolicloud are automatically upgraded to the new version. The brand new Windows Installer and ISO for the 1.0 are being finalized, and they should be available for download shortly.

Alle Jolicloud gebruikers zijn nu over op en ongetwijfeld in hun nopjes met de nieuwe release van Jolicloud.

Even een misverstand uit de wereld helpen: Jolicloud draait niet alleen op Netbooks, maar ook op ‘gewone’ PC’s of Virtual Machines. Dus als er ergens nog een ouwe PC staat te niksen dan kan je hem met Jolicloud 1.0 een nieuw leven inblazen.

Een paar Jolicloud 1.0 toetstips

• Windows Key – Launcher
• Alt-Tab – switches between apps
• Alt-F1 – Terminal
• Alt-F2 – Application Text Launcher
• Alt-F4 – closes the current app
• Menu Key – the old application menu
• To do a quick search, go to your Launcher, hit tab, type an app’s name, select with the up and down arrow keys, and hit enter.

En dan hadden we ook nog

• CTRL+ALT+LEFT arrow: Desk 1
• CTRL+ALT+RIGHT arrow: Desk 2

~ It’s coming – we will start upgrading existing users to Jolicloud 1.0 next week

This dream is what kept us busy for just over a year, and now, we’re happy to announce the launch of Jolicloud 1.0.
